Somewhat Healthy Cookies

Tollhouse Whole Wheat Cookies
1c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
10 tbsp. apple sauce or butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oats
1 c. dark chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts, unsalted and unsweetened

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes

MMM those sound good and Adam loves homemade chocolate chip cookies...but sadly enough I'm not sure I've ever made them! (oh wow I'm horrible). But these are healthy enough I can do it. :-)
